VITURE Pro XR glasses are an external display for USB C devices that shine for travel, bed use, and handheld gaming, with sharp picture quality, a 120Hz panel, and handy diopter adjustment from 0 to minus 5. They connect easily with Apple devices, Steam Deck, Legion Go, ROG Ally, and other USB C Alt DP gear, and the glasses can switch between fixed and head following modes. The main drawbacks are warmth on the right side or temple, weak speakers, and a proprietary magnetic cable that can slip off. Fit and compatibility can be limiting, and the renewed listing may not include the refurbished warranty.

So these things aren't wireless? Need to be tethered via USB c to work?
Yes, they're basically an external display like a monitor or TV. Need a cable.

This is my experience as well. On the side where the cable attaches gets very hot. Also i did not like their proprietary cable which is magnet and keeps falling off.
when you say very hot, like uncomfortable?

At a $100 difference and with the benefits you get, bigger better screen, new battery, warranty; the rayneo competes. Itd be even if these guys actually ship in good condition but these arent like open box or returns, theyre heavily used, which was described as "excellent" for the one I got. It sounds like they genuinely believe if theres no extreme physical damage, its in excellent condition. I imagine the very good's are actually old school genuine "poor". which is what theyve written down if you actually read the description. And you dont know the condition of the battery. Jabra made a killing on slickdeals for years with their used stuff, only for the battery to be dead in less than a year.

I never experienced any hotness on mine. If you place your fingers yes it's little warm but I never felt anything when I wore them and I use these everyday

chatgpt recommended the Rayneo based on those two features, as well!
Ok so I had time to test mine and wow the rayneo is ALOT better then the viture. The screen feels vibrant and more upfront and feels like more like a oled compared to the viture

Just an FYI, Rayneo does not have a battery.
But I agree, for a ~100 price difference, getting new, probably better AR glasses may be a better choice.

Oh wow youre right, no battery! Neither of them, I think. That makes me much happier about the purchase then. But the fov should still make a massive difference on the rayneo though. I got mine for my parents, and it was too small for them visually. Its like a 50" tv from maybe 8-10ft away.

Awesome! I decided to get the rayneo right after your "Rayneo had better sound and HDR 10" post. Thanks!

Don't think of these like an Oculus, think of these like an external monitor. All they are is a display. They have no battery because they draw power from whatever device they are plugged into… just like an external USB-C portable monitor.
They have no "brains" and you can't use them on their own because they're just an external display that sits on your face.

To me, yes. There are alot of people mentioning this in reviews as well. If you are heat tolerent, maybe it doesnt bother you.
