Pretty solid deal, even without considering the Ram price increase. These Tiny workstations are built like tanks and supports tons of peripherals and upgrade options compared to their size. I would probably go for this rather than considering a higher end Mini PC with laptop hardware and limited upgrade options. Also, if you have access to a 3D printer, you can create a custom cover for it with slightly larger height (Tons of Blueprint available in the web), allowing it to accomodate dual slot workstation cards like RTX 2000 ada/Blackwel 16GB or even RTX 4000 ada/Blackwell 20GB/24GB cards or Intel Arc Pro B50 without any other upgrades.
I have been using my Thinkstation P330 Tiny for over 7 years now (Bought with bare minium with a core i3 8th Gen, 16GB Ram and 256GB SSD), upgraded the Ram to 48GB DDR4 (32GB+16GB), Processor to Core i7-9900T and the GPU to RTX A2000 12GB (using a 3D printed Side cover to accommodate it) and it is still going strong. Both the 9900T and RTX A2000 were bought in 2nd hand Server market at a very cheap price.
Another thing, the front USB-C port is USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 20 Gbps port, not 10 Gbps. if you want to transfer your large files, say for photo and video editing, get a 20 Gbps external USB-C SSD which can boost the transfer rate significantly.

If it had 10 gig networking it would be perfect!

I bought the last one last night ... thanks OP. Wish this had Thunderbolt. I can add it as an optional card, but that would require removing the Nvidia so that sucks.

I was eyeing this PC a week ago for my work. There was a glitch where the NEWPROCUSTOMER code would work as many times as you wanted for $150 extra off which made the pro business store cheaper than the VIP store. I just needed a basic PC so I ended up getting two of the P3 Tiny PC's with a core ultra 5 and 16gb of ram for $590 each. Then I also picked up a M90q tiny PC with a core ultra 9 and 32 gb of ram for $948 since I didn't need the extra ram or graphics card.

Deal is now dead. There is however an option for $1099 with a core ultra 7 265, A1000 and 32 GB ram or one for $1369 with a core ultra 9 285, A1000, and 64 GB ram. https://www.lenovo.com/us/vipmemb...30k6000vus

$590 for a P3 Core Ultra 5 16GB is pretty darn good. Wish I had seen it. Would have bought one to tinker.
