Is LPDDR5x better or worse than traditional DDR5? I couldn't find a clear answer other than it's more energy efficient?

I'm finding that LPDDR5x benchmarks are slightly higher in most test, a few test are as much as 26% higher performance.

When it comes to laptops, it's been my experience that if you improve power efficiency you directly improve CPU processing and RAM read speeds. I can't claim any direct experience with the hardware spec'd in this newer Lenovo model, so you might only count my statements as only truly worth 2 cents.

Good deal but not to be confused with the tandem OLED version.

How can this laptop be est $4,000 in value if the GPU is the equivalent to a 5060 and it has 8 GB VRAM? What am I missing here ? You can get a Lenovo Legion 7i Pro 10th Gen with way better specs for cheaper. What is inflating the cost of the laptop ?

You have the OLED screen and Windows 11 Pro. But mostly it's because it's a "mobile workstation" laptop for professionals. It's going to be built like a tank.

I definitely wouldn't trade my Legion 7 Pro with an RTX 4090 for it.

Nope, no OLED. Specs in the "staff" description are incorrect.

Oh, yuck. Because that was one of the few draws to this laptop for someone.

I'm not exactly sure who this deal is for. The build quality is going to be great for someone who is banging on a laptop 8 hours a day every day, but if a person is using a laptop that much they are probably going to be willing to spend more to get something newer and more powerful.
