Got a set of filters for my whirlpool from woot about a year ago, I got an email from woot last month saying they will refund me because they discovered they were counterfeit filters.
For amazon basics, I guess it's already an aftermarket.

This goes against what I know about amazon fake products. I am not sure how to know if an amazon product if fake.

Good price. Bought 3. Hopefully my fridge will last more than 5 years. Replaced the main board 2 years ago.

Good thought on who makes them & if they are quality filters.
My concern extends to those rubber 'O' rings, if these are on Woot, likely they didnt sell, so those rings are aging. How old is the stock, How many years, i dont know, but I have had leaky filters its a PIA.
