Hardly a surprise since a "Birthday cake" is the cake, and its ingredients, the frosting, and its ingredients, the springles, and its ingredients, etc. Nor does the Snickers bar have added protein which is another 4 ingredients alone. LOL, eat a can of tuna if you want a shorter ingredient list and a bunch of protein.....

Looked at peanut butter, thinking the carbs were high for the cake one, but they were similar. On pb, 13g carbs net of 8 fiber. 2g of those are sugar. They are mediocre for carb counters -- they won't be on my menu. (15g protein and 9g of fat look ok though, if those are ok for your diet.)

I got two boxes of these, cookies and cream and chocolate chip, and they are the worst tasting protien bars I have ever eaten
