Good deal, thanks OP! I'm assuming they're trying to move these since they just released a new ratchet with twice the torque of this model and almost the same speed https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwa...336162420?
Not really sure if 70ft.lbs torque on a ratchet is necessarily a good thing. Not thinking ahead and pull the trigger can get bruise knuckle or smashed fingers.

I just bought the 3/8 deal on woot that was $135- im going to try to return the woot one
What was the condition of the woot ratchet? I bought a "new" m12 ratchet from woot a few months ago and it was in bad shape. Clearly used and returned.

I was pretty skeptical too because woot gave me some used shit that was suppose to be new too.
But I bought their m18 inflator and it was new, plastic/ cardboard all intact. I even checked the warranty serial number and it was only missing about 3 months of warranty.
Check out the Torque Test Channel on YouTube to see how this ratchet does. They do some great scientific method style testing on power tools and I trust their results. I would link it but I am at work.

tldw?
EDIT
tldw: 2nd gen twice the power with very slightly lower speed
The new one (2nd gen) HS ratchet, you can change out the button to a lever throttle that won't pinch your finger
skinnier easier to grab body (2nd gen),
400rpm (2nd gen) vs 450 (1st gen)
70tq (2nd gen) vs of 30tq (1st gen)
2nd gen you can one hand reverse switch
No difference in power/speed with battery size
1st gen is still faster (only by about 3 sec) but you'll have to break the bolt manually first more often
