The fact it says "reset" on the switch is going to make many cruises reject it. Best to avoid anything with switches.

Bought this plug yesterday. Seems like it has a decent build quality and I like how the plugs are arranged on top and to the sides, makes it easy to plug in multiple sizes of plugs.

Pretty much anything intended to create additional outlets or extend their reach isn't approved.

Let Me Google That For Me:
Looks like power strips WITHOUT surge protection are allowed on Carnival. Cords seem ok. A power switch should cut all power, not just the hot wire, which is what a surge protector would cut.

Royal Caribbean banned extension cords, power bricks, and outlet extenders in 2024. We packed two non-surge power bricks with cords last March and one was confiscated before entry. We got it back after the trip but one was still allowed. Real YMMV vibes.

we like stuff like this;

for switch controlling outlets.

I would likely pass on this one for a cruise. The outlets on many ships are slightly recessed so a flat style plug won't work. Second, many of the lines have banned anything with a cord.

What cruise line? Royal and Celebrity will not allow this style. They only allow multiple USB, not anything with 110v outputs on it.

Well our next 3 will be with Princess but we have done approx 10 with RCCL since the updated list with a similar one but without the flat plug.
