Somehow already in my library, and I have yet to play it. But boy does that art style look pretty!

Highly recommend. Played through the whole game on Steamdeck and even finished bonus boss.

Great game! My buddy recommended this to me and I've been playing it for about 6 weeks and love it. Super underrated.

Really good game, bought both 1 & 2 on switch recently in a bundle for $11. Imo this game is less difficult/punishing than many other metroidvanias (e.g. hollow knight) which was a surprise given the dark fantasy theme and soulslike elements. You can ramp up difficulty if you're into that, but it was nice to beat this one without hitting big difficulty walls.
I played 1 before 2 and think that was a good choice, 1 is a very well made and polished game with a lot of depth to it. The story doesn't require playing them in sequence but the gameplay changes would make it harder to go from 2 back to 1.

Like Metroidvanias? Got $2.50 burning a hole in your pocket? Buy it. Excellent value for the price.
