I saw it the day it came out at an afternoon matinee. I went into it knowing almost notbjng and expecting little more than a mindless Keanu Reeves action movie. When Neo woke up in the pod in the real world, you could feel the collective "what the hell is happening?" In the theater. It was a pretty cool experience.
