If you can find that, that's the deal everyone's been waiting for all these.

The main differences between Gen 1 and Gen 2 since everyone seems to ask, is Gen 2 has better UWB for precision finding, a slightly more difficult to remove speaker, and a different sounding chirp.

The real practical difference for most people will be that the better UWB will let you do precision finding (range and direction) from further away.

If you do get air tags, make sure you test them right away. I had a bad one in a four pack because it would drain the battery so fast. Went thru 3 batteries in less than 6 months. Apple replaced it, but I literally had to go to the Apple store for them to replace it.
