Edit.. nvm. It always give a new code
For Chrome, open incognito page, chose I need a new number, chose $55 plan, enter your zip, hit get new number, hoover your mouse to the top right area near the X then message for coupon will pop up, works for me every time. These $25 off coupon works for only new customer, won't work for existing customer option. I can give you a code if you can't generate one.

AND the previous "deal" you had to have the $60 plan for 3 months, so yeah that sucks. Of course this is 1 of only a few times I didn't buy on a card with purchase price protection because the card I bought it on had a $75 back for Cricket. I'll check it out to see if there is any recourse for the price difference though. $200 per phone is significant!
FYI, service in Mexico was hit or miss. Sometimes phones wouldn't work at all without restarting, or turning roaming on/off...or just not at all depending on the city. At least on one of the phones. Also, Cricket's wi-fi calling completely sucks compared to Mint. It just straight up was not working so I don't know how many calls/texts I missed when no cell service over the course of those weeks. Several people guessed I was out of the country because the phone message didn't just go straight to voicemail, there was some kind of message about the phone not receiving calls similar to if it were out of service.
