After get Free Trial Number create a T-Mobile ID: Use the T-Mobile website to link your trial number to a email/profile.

For Chrome, open incognito page, chose I need a new number, chose $55 plan, enter your zip, hit get new number, hoover your mouse to the top right area near the X then message for coupon will pop up, works for me every time. These $25 off coupon works for only new customer, won't work for existing customer option. I can give you a code if you can't generate one.

Can the device be sent to apple for trade in right away while the prepaid month is still active? Do I have to wait for the month to end? Do I need to suspend the line before sending? What's the process here?

Take to Apple Store to Trade. Fedex/UPS steal iphones and the prepaid label has no insurance.

For those who did the port-in promotion: once the device arrives, do we need to verify the number with an OTP to complete the port-out from the previous carrier?

I already have the port-out details, but unfortunately I'm unable to verify the OTP even though the number is still active.

Anyone having/had issues porting out from Helium into Cricket?

Submitted an order for line 2 and 3, bringing my number in with two different carriers: Visible and Helium.

My order is being held up because the port info (account/pin/number) from Helium is not taking and Cricket is periodically asking for my Helium account number again. Meanwhile, port in info from Visible has been confirmed.
