Once you have the number from Helium:
In your profile (top left icon of the main page of the app for me) hit billing/cancel plan and it'll ask if you want to port out your number. It'll display your account number and pin at the end. Took about 10 seconds to display both the account number and transfer out PIN, so be patient when the screen first pops up if the numbers aren't displaying.
You'll choose Other for Carrier on Cricket & then need to give both numbers (Helium account number and the Port Out Pin) to Cricket + Cricket also asks for a last 4 social security which most people have just put 0000.

Would you know if I create a second Cricket account in my family's name for the same address, would I qualify for 2 or more $0 iphone 16e with port ins?

For Chrome, open incognito page, chose I need a new number, chose $55 plan, enter your zip, hit get new number, hoover your mouse to the top right area near the X then message for coupon will pop up, works for me every time. These $25 off coupon works for only new customer, won't work for existing customer option. I can give you a code if you can't generate one.

Can I call Cricket Wireless to get this corrected? The email I got, doesn't give any phone number to call.
Also, will this port-out issue hold up shipping of the phone?
