It is considered dead?
I wanted to transfer the esim to my Moto Razr 25. I was in the store at the time, just bought the 13, and she said no problem, she'd transfer it over. But when she tried she said the Razr was not compatible with Cricket service.
Phone is unlocked. Anyone run across this before? She told me that I didn't need to delete the old sim in the Razr for the transfer, but just wondering if maybe that was the cause.
I assumed unlocked meant it worked with everyone?
Edit: In regard to the above post, iphone to iphone normally works without the need for a rep. But of course if you don't have a spare iphone that won't help much.
