Is this any good?
Looks like it might provide some relief but mostly with these machines the body gets used pretty quickly.

Can this be used on the lower back? Good option for heat for the back muscles.

I just bought one at Marshall's and it's worth $20! You have to hold it on you so you could move it to the lower back

Many reviews on target.com talk about the motors being weak and stopping when you apply pressure.

That's the thing I like about it. The massage would be really weak but the heat would help... The heating pads are hard to hold on to, do they are mostly for lying down positions. Also this being with the battery can be held while standing or sitting anywhere.

It can't be that powerful if it only comes with a usb c cable. With no mention of power requirements I can only assume it is designed to run off of any 5 watt power supply. That would not be enough to give a good massage.
