Sounds like you work for MAACO. The reason you spray in a booth is so that air contaminants like dust and pollen don't land on your wet paint, and that your paint doesn't get carried as overspray. I'm not saying this product is great (doesn't have an exhaust fan setup) but for $30 bucks it's better than nothing. Also I don't think this is that great of a deal since it's only $8 off. This is more of a commission cash grab by Slickdeals staff.

Saves a lot of time and money not having to put up plastic sheeting every time your spray.

It would be more convenient if the roll ups were both front and back for items that are to be painted all around.

I live in central NC, I we (for no apparent reason) have 10-30 MPH gusts most days and all day long...so I'd strongly disagree. Not only is controlling spray a big deal, but also preventing anything and everything from landing on wet paint / stain. Especially if you have a large treeless area that doesn't block wind (like me). Or even worse, you have confined area where overspray is a concern even if blocking wind wasn't a big deal, controlling what else gets sprayed (accidently) now is suddenly a concern. Personally I have no interest in my house, driveway, cars, etc being covered in overspray or having grass clippings imbedded in my freshly painted stuff. But you do you Wink

*Honestly even with hand staining / painting, blocking wind / debris can be a huge deal.

That would be pretty cool actually, sides could be fixed but front and back could roll open. The front already appears to close but just to a mesh (which I don't think is terrible but would likely need to be solid if the other side opened as well). I'd rather than have that option vs umpteen different sizes which only open on a single side.

FWIW, I have a few different VEVOR items, and they have all performed well. I highly doubt any of this stuff is actually made by VEVOR (the products are so absurdly different from garden carts to ultrasonic cleaners) but their company seems pick decent stuff to throw their name on. Also "SucceBuy" seems to be VEVOR's code name on AliExpress, you order a USA shipped SucceBuy item on AE, an Amazon truck drops magically drops off a VEVOR product. The SucceBuy images even show VEVOR branding.

vevor doesn't make anything, they are an etailer, just FYI. They may be more selective in what they etail, but who knows. I own their listed version of a french fry maker and it is solid.

You said you doubted, and it seems, sounded like you were unsure. I was just attempting to clarify it. I just replied to the thread, slick deals made it a quote.

I did doubt, because I have not see it for myself nor have any material directly from Vevor declaring this business model you seem to be decreeing on their behalf. Why would I profess something as the word of god, when I have zero direct evidence? You are making the same assumption I am, the difference is I am adding the word "doubt" because I have not verified it to be true. You are just jumping to massive conclusions as you have never confirmed if Vevor makes any of their own products...which they easily could. In fact, most larger wholesalers do manufacturer (or at least assemble) some / many of their own products. Yet you magically pretend that cannot not be the case here. I "doubt," because I admit I am not omniscient.

And yes, I realize how quotes work on SD however when you are replying to someone (especially when quoting the very text you are alluding to), it might be wise to make sure the thing you are pretending to correct, actually needed correction....which it didn't.

TLDR:
"At VEVOR, we pride ourselves on manufacturing....." https://www.vevor.com/diy-ideas/who-is-vevor/
*and yes, I know this might be an exaggeration, but since I'm not all knowing like you, I still have some doubts...even if only minor Wink

I never attacked you, I merely stated you were making massive assumptions...which you were and I clearly demonstrated. Stating objective facts is not an attack. Honestly, your constant tactic of arguing with things I never said could be considered far more toxic.

Isn't that the same exact "actual website" you linked to? Or is vevor.com different from vevor.com? You just cherry picked a different page on the exact same aCtUaL WeBsItE.

LMAO2

Again, you sure do like pretending to correct people when they stated the correct thing even before you did. (that isn't an attack either, just another objective observation...)
