Just something to keep in mind that this does not support HDMI 2.1. So would not recommend it for gaming consoles.

I beg to differ. That would depend a person's use case and what gaming console it is being added to the splitter that are incapable of achieving over 60FPS. For example, I recently purchased a different splitter [amazon.com] so I could use it to record screen capture of older game consoles on my computer for my YouTube channel b/c the issue I run into when using OBS to record footage is that there is a delay when it comes to button presses I make from my controller that translate from my older console to my computer's monitor that I use as a passthrough to record screen capture, and the splitter resolves that issue. To take it one step further, YouTube is capped at 60FPS anyway so it makes no fundamental difference using my splitter to record footage at 120FPS since in the end, YT is the eventual bottleneck.

I'm pretty satisfied w/ the purchase I made of this different splitter [amazon.com] which I caught onto from a previous Slickdeal that was posted and I got mine for $29.
