1. It lacks a standard right-angle levered quick release for connecting to valve stems, so
it is difficult to connect to tire valve, and
after inflating the tire, unthreading the hose results in air loss, so you'll need to check to pressure again.
2. It does not appear to operate as a USB charger from its single USB C port which is used only for charging the inflator.
Probably OK for inflating sports balls and such, not tires.

Pretty slick unit for $10. I just spent that on a breakfast sandwich on the way to work. I can't believe you can get this for the same price.
Right away I filled a f150 tire from 15-30 psi while slow it worked. Than did all my bike tires after charging, works fine. Fills balls great too. This is a great backup inflator to keep in the car. I still have an actual air compressor and a 18v compressor.
I do like the screw on valve stem, someone mentioned the quick release valve as better but I disagree those normally are hard to get on or off and wear out and break on cheaper units. This screw on is no fuss stays on and has less moving parts to break
For a car tire, with relatively low pressure and lots of air, probably ok.
