Never buy a supplement that doesn't show the ingredients on Amazon, there's a reason why. This is Cyanocobalamin, the synthetic form of the vitamin. Always buy Methylcobalamin, the natural form. I had to look at user screen shots to see the form of the vitamin, always a red flag.

I've tried this vitamin before—it's the methylcobalamin form, with excellent ingredients and proven effectiveness. While it might be a bit pricey, I think it's worth the extra cost for my health. O(∩_∩)O
