There are 8 port "easy smart managed" switches from TP-Link and Netgear, often on sale for around $24, that don't require cloud management and can be managed on local web interfaces. I'm not sure why this device keeps getting posted.

I bought one of these a few years ago not realizing that you had to use their stupid cloud bullshit. it's one thing to have rudamentary settings backed up in a cloud, but it's another to require the administration to be done through it. total invasion of privacy, opens up the door to a lot of potential security risks that are totally unnecessary for the residential consumer, etc. get this product off this site.
