If its not obvious then its generally oil free.

Oiled compressors are larger and will have a site glass on them. Oilless will be smaller and have no opening/glass for oil.

Yea the oil free compressors are going to be louder. But will be smaller and lighter though.

Great price for a home owner that needs to air up tires or general use but does not want to spend a lot or need daily.

My store had the Husky 10 gallon quiet version on sale for $130. Grabbed it.

Holy smokes does the quiet version make a difference. Should have upgraded a long time ago. That said this is a good deal.

Given how expensive things are these days, this seems like a really good deal. Main complaint seems to be loud and slow recovery.
I've never used a small pancake oilless compressor that wasn't loud and somewhat slow to recover, so I would say the complaints are from people who didn't know what they were buying.

Check the specs on this one. It doesn't put out much volume compared with other small pancake compressors. Might help air up a tire, but not much else.

I wouldn't expect this to run any tools or do anything except air up tires. for another 100 or so, you might as well get something you could actually make real use of.
