Probably not, but you should ALWAYS verify with your Owner's Manual for the circuit.

Most "cigarette lighter" sockets of today run a 15A fuse, which means they can handle 180W minimum constant power (if your system is running lower than 12V, you have a battery/alternator/inverter problem, "standard" resting low is 12.5V, most run 13.5V or higher when running/charging, many run 14.2-14.4V).

The socket on mine is "standard" for today with a 15A fuse. BUT I have heard of ones that only have a 10A fuse, that would be pushing it if you ran this at "full" load for a long period of time. It won't happen instantly, most standard auto fuses are rated WELL above markings (double or more) for several seconds minimum.

Reported as expired, but the note saying to refresh did the trick. If you try to order 2 you only get 5%, but ordering one gets you the 45%. Tried doing a second order as a gift to another address but the promo code only works one per account.

If you have multiple 12V ports, some cars share the same fuse for both (i.e. Front and back / cargo 12V on the same fuse). Make sure to check rated amps of fuse and total power you are using.
