It's a relatively new listing, but most of the reviews are positive. For $10.50 I'm giving it a try. Should easily hold some garden tools and dog toys.

The pictures look the same as the aftermarket ones walmart sell at twice the price. (The rattan look is cheaper)

Just change the "ship to" state on one of the tabs, and it will ship to your address.

For example, I live in CA, and had to change the "ship to" state to AZ, and it arrived fine.
