The inflated 2500 sq ft is a specification that is for marketing purposes. You want 5 air changes per hour (or as close to 5 as possible)
At 500sq ft or less the ACH of 5(air changes per hour) is good
It claims to have a CADR of 247CFM/420 m³/h though it does not specify whether that is for dust, pollen or smoke which is a bit concerning (there should be 3 different values, not 1)
Not AHAM verified (independent lab tested to prove it does what it claims)
For the price it should be a decent unit. I myself prefer to stick with name brands, Winix, Coway, BlueAir

Being as I was just discharged from 9 nights in the hospital after having pnuemonia because I aspirated something, I want something that makes the air in my house clean, dust , free, germ free, etc. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. 🙏
