It's handy to have the scraper. But the regular blade often doesn't flick all the way open, gets stuck on the angled position. It's also not very clear which way to grab / hold the right way because of the shape and the feel of it in your hand.

What could this be used for in a home setting out of curiosity and is it good?

I know. It's what causes it from going fully open and I'd think most use it that way.

Pretty bulky and heavy. Now this is nitpicky, but to me, it's a bit odd they used a chunky metal frame, but then used plastic internal components (for blade storage and locking the "scraper" in place). I expected the frame to be plastic similar to their other models/the Milwaukees. I would've preferred they either did one or the other. All plastic, or all metal. This just feels like a weird mix.

Perhaps a bit gimmicky to most, but overall a pretty neat tool. I don't regret mine even if I wouldn't call it perfect.
