Just twist it so the sensor is on the side and the handle in the front.

For what it's worth, mine stopped turning on after 3 years. Seemed like the solenoid quit. I was able to bypass and use the handle as normal and it's been like that ever since. I did like how you can pull the handle down to auto turn it on, and now it's just a normal faucet

I've had one of these for a little over 5 years and I absolutely love it. I will never have another kitchen faucet that doesn't have hands-free in my life

I have this for 5 years. It is great and love it. It costed me around 3 times of this price at the time. Go for it.

What batteries do you use? I bought one from a woot deal a couple months back and had to replace batteries in under 3 months.

I'm tempted to buy another at this sale price because of how well it worked but if I could just get another housing I would prefer that instead of dropping another sub $100

It's not really the product's fault, but I think the contractor screwed up when they made the counter too high.

I bought one 5 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. No leaks at the handle, but I saved this Helpful comment from SD (2/17/21) for a DIY fix in case it ever does:
The handle just started to leak when in the off position.
Don't wait too long. Hard water eats up the handle. I caught mine in time. It takes a TUSCANY ceramic cartridge. I found the replacement at Menards for $14.
Instructions:Turn off water under sink. Open faucet to release water.

Pop out the rubber red/blue color indicator on handle.
Inside is a set screw you loosen with Allen wrench. The faucet handle slides straight off. NO twisting needed. If tight, loosen screw a bit more and it will come off.
Next twist off the domed ring by hand so you don't scratch the finish. Then there is a ring holding the cartridge in. I didn't have the right tool, but gently tapping on the metal tabs with a screwdriver and hammer pushing it counter-clockwise loosened it up and came off by hand.
The cartridge slides out and take it with you to match up at the store. It takes a TUSCANY ceramic cartridge. I found the replacement at Menards. Exact same model on the shelf. I also used some plumbing silicone (sold separately) around the gasket to ensure a good seal. Before reassembly I used Barkeeper's Friend on the parts to get off the scale (I have brushed nickel finish).
Turn the water back on and check for leaks. Done. Had it back in and running after 10min.
