I just bought another offbrand for $10... Even though I have 2 or 3 of the cheap ones and a nicer Ryobi battery powered one. Besides the usual uses of a rotory tool, I often use them for crafting and 3d printing cleanup and modding and such where the more limited power (vs a plugged in Dremel at least) isn't really an issue.
At $10 I reasoned it was cheap enough to just have several with more "permanent" bits (one for grinding, one for sanding, one for cutting) for quick easy use for whenever I need.
Yes, it's a bit silly considering changing the bits is not all that difficult but being able to quickly grind down a piece and then pick up another tool ready to immediately sand is a nice lazy convenience. At least that's how I'm justifying my hoarding in my silly mind 🤣
edit: here's the cheap $10 one (at least as of this comment) if anyone else has the same whatever is wrong with me. also great for kids for crafting. https://a.co/d/0cg8Ndj2
