it's probably not sensitive enough. like you want to know if there's a fever right? the difference between fever or normal in a human is only 1.5f. this thing's range is too big, it probably isn't able to see the difference.

this thing looks so fun. i wonder what i can use it for? i'll be moving aroun da lot soon and so i cant really get a lot of stuff. otherwise i would buy this immediately and it can sit htere for years just to get used once, i twould've been worth it. but in a suitcase going everywhere, that's tough to swallow.

No, this VESOGY Infrared Thermometer is not suitable for measuring human body temperature. The product clearly states it's "NOT for humans" and cannot accurately measure internal body temperature.

This infrared thermometer only measures surface temperature of objects, not internal temperatures. When used on humans or animals, the readings will be incorrect since it only captures skin surface temperature, not actual body temperature.

The device is designed for measuring surface temperatures of objects like grills, ovens, engines, and cooking surfaces - not for medical or health purposes.
