This doesn't have the handheld bar/use a 4-point contact system (hands + feet)... but price is nice.

all these are junk and lie and the fat/water stuff is a lie too

just get a 400 pound package scale, super accurate

amazon basics sometimes has them for this price when on sale

Agreed. Digital scales are wildly inaccurate. This is worse in that the coupled app collects and sells the data to third parties.

No one is forcing you to connect your scale to the internet or using your real email address even if you did. Most people have a junk email address they use for random signups (or you can also use a disposable email if you only need to connect once).

And who on earth do you think is paying to access your weight?

These are great - I had one through work - but then retired and lost the health plan coverage. Now there is no way to stop scale looking for Internet. I'm in for one of these

Most people will download the app. Health data is incredibly valuable. If your intention is to measure weight, get an analog scale. Digital scales are not good products.
