It was there for me as well! It said my account owner would have to apply the discount. Only able to claim on my main account but a quick CS chat and I got 25% off all 3 phone numbers .

No 25% for me, but a free 12 month speed upgrade was available. So if the 25% isn't there, there may be something else….
