I'm not the OP that you messaged and this isn't discounted. That being said I have been using these all winter and they've worked great. It's a four pack. I found a YouTuber that shared the light configuration/settings that are ideal for grow lights so you don't have to pay the extra $$ for the words since they tend to be marked up. Same!I bought one of the 2 head grow lights on Amazon last year but they kind of sucked and didn't get good enough coverage. These looked perfect but it sounds like the specs aren't ideal (apparently?)

For seeding, you can get away with less powerful lights up close, like 1-5" away. Then you'll need to harden the sprouts by gradually introducing them to full sunlight. Depending on how many seeds you have, any grow lightbulb should work.

They even make little greenhouses with lights just for sprouting. I've heard mixed reviews, but they're generally good. The controlled environment is perfect but the lights are weak. That said, it might be enough for sprouting. You can even find them for around $8 on Temu.
