These have pretty bad reviews, and the $800 original price is mostly irrelevant.

I have experience with this model. I hope my information helps. I originally paid $500 for it. I am about to receive my 3rd one from ACER. The first one the input board couldn't handle too much traffic and randomly gave out, screen went black and then came back. It only worked on 60Hz or the Highest refresh rate for the input. It also wouldn't wake up after sleep without pulling the power and plugging back in. The second one I sent back 2 weeks ago, on it some of the Mini-LED's randomly gave out until power cycled, Tried to post a picture but SD doesn't like it. They sent me a third one that should be here this week. The good thing, they have great warranty support. LOL.

Sounds like they are trying to run your warranty down...warranty should really start after you get a non-defective unit but looks like you might receive a working one by the time you no longer have warranty.

You may be right. If the sent me another new one, I will probably just give it to a family member or sell it cheaply and make sure they know it could die. I am looking for a 2k 27 to 32 lg panel OLED this time. Don't like how the Samsung panel oled's look brown, I have one.
