We have had one for about a year and unfortunately it's gotten buggy over time. It usually forgets to empty. It works from the app, but I usually manually empty it because I have to fill the water reservoir every time it runs. You also have to change the mop pads every week or two. The robot always is complaining about something, but it doesn't show up in the app. I just turned the volume down and ignore it.
So, it's probably worth the $200, but you will have to do some maintenance and deal with some quirks, especially if you use the mop feature. There are more expensive models that do the mop maintenance automatically.
