Eating these and Huel Black meal replacement powder to supplement my normal meals is about the only way I can put on mass when I'm lifting. Not a fan of the long list of ingredients, but they're good when I'm short on time.
Definitely high sugar for a protein bar. If I had my choice to eat my daily sugar allowance, I'd binge on some twizzlers instead, and not waste them on a protein bar.
