The same deck is 51 on tcgplayer. It was 90 a month ago, so it seems like someone found a truckload somewhere and has been offloading them as the price has been dropping dramatically.

They have been reprinted so everyone is receiving stock.

I have an upgraded version of this deck, and it's fine. It struggles out of the box. But if you want a LOTR deck that cooks without upgrades, get the Rohan deck. I think it still goes for about $40 or so on the various online game markets. It's very straight forward and it's very effective. It just makes a ton of dudes and attacks with a bunch of dudes.

Given that these are commander products and not a standard set, they will probably reprint them as long as there is demand and they have the license. Which will likely be for a while since they are doing an upcoming Hobbit set.
This deck has about 4 cards that are worth a bit but none over $10, and only one that's limited to this precon that has the potential to jump if this were to go out of print.
Also down to $55 right now.
