Swift has a 100%srgb display and better multicore performance (i9 185h) but worse battery efficiency and graphics performance.

I ordered swift from eBay deal at 378. When you say worst battery life, how many hours do you mean fir browsing and working with Ms office?

If you can get past a mediocre screen and terrible speakers, this laptop is awesome. This is a powerhouse laptop that can easily handle any day to day tasks and also manage some more heavy duty Photoshop/InDesign, and light video editing work. It's not ideal for design work given the screen, but with some tweaking using the Intel ARC software, it's very passable. For basic office work, this thing rips through everything. Given the 2 thunderbolt 4 ports, and an HDMI 2.0 port, you can expand it with 3 monitors quite easily if needed and that's where you can opt for better screen quality.

If anything I wish the MB Neo will force manufacturers to stop using 45% NTSC displays on anything but the lowest end laptops. They're awful.

Depends on your needs and use case. You can't find better specs at this price point. Not even close. That can make up for a mediocre screen for some.

I had got mine delivered Saturday, so shipping was fairly quick. Unfortunately got a BSOD in initial OOBE setup and it went downhill from there and they said it would be best to return. Wish it wouldn't BSOD within 5 minutes... only once did it last a bit longer once windows booted... even got occasional freezing in safe mode.

I happen to also have got both the 16GB i5 and i7 over the holidays for family members and really do like those, and the screen really isn't that bad for on the go, I use external displays when such is needed. I was just hoping this with 32GB would hold me over until the series 3 systems are more readily available.

Now awaiting return shipping label and I will update how well that goes. Not sure I will try buying the refurb again once return process finishes.

The spec seems good. Wonder if you got a bad batch only.

Return process went well and I got my refund. I'm fairly sure I just got a bad one, such happens occasionally particularly with refurbs as most are just returns but some were returned for a reason. I will be willing to buy from them again. I told them I was willing to do a clean install and see if such got fixed but I believe it was because the OOBE in the initial setup caused a blue screen that they thought I should just do a return and not mess with it too much.
