Was in the market for 13" iPad Pro, starting with M4 Geek Squad Refurbs on Best Buy for low $900s, but noticed an open box M5 (latest gen) for not that much more. Arrived flawless with charger and cable and was able to apply $10 reward cert, plus traded in my 2023 11" iPad for $200 refund, for net cost to me of $762.99 before tax. YMMV

I bought an open box M4 iPad Pro last year in like new condition. Had 1 charge on the battery and came with everything else. Highly recommend BB open box devices.

Open box from bb is a hit or miss. Ordered tons of open box. Some excellent comes like new while some dont. Also some fair condition came looking new before too. Its all ymmv with open box. In general open box excellent is ok but i had a fair share that wasnt
