Whenever you see LP before DDR for memory that isn't upgradable. It's slightly faster memory than the upgradable kind, but this shouldn't be a concern for most with 32GB. The SSD is typically upgradable, but can be challenging in smaller form factor laptops.

Not available for me, but good price. The Intel Core Ultra 9 285H is still one of the best mobile CPU's you can get.
