Very accurate. They have a tendency to sit on purchases awhile before cancelling. I've had 3 purchases cancelled after about a week. I couldn't submit a rating in those cases because they were cancelled, so it's hard to account for that.

I buy a ton off of ebay. It automatically defaults a good review if you dont leave one. so 95 percent is way worse than you think. and the feedback window is much smaller than in the past.

Echo this sentiment. Ordered a sound bar, received a shop vac. Didn't respond to any messaging until the day before eBay was set to automatically refund my payment (I had already gone through them for return process). Response was trying to instruct me through some convoluted return process that would've taken weeks more.

It sounds like this is an unethical business to deal with. I don't think they should even be posted onto slick deals no matter the sale not. Wouldn't want to give them business or worse, make anyone else go through a headache process that it sounds like others have dealt with
