I had 2 of the regular Ryobi cordless hot glue guns before this came out. I purchased this model because of dual temps. It also had a flip out tray under the nozzle for the glue drips while sitting.

Just find it hard to justify buying one of these for $50 when I could get a $10 corded option from Walmart but for $24 that ain't bad..

Until you work somewhere without power and you need this. ....
I use this alot in my work to reattach products that fall from display strips. A small cap of glue holds them in place until a costumer selected and pulls the product from the strip. Works like a charm.
A corded option would not work nor be convenient.

Everyone thats gotten banned has 100% done something odd and idc what they say. Did them for years then everyone started posting how theyre banning people so I decided to have one last crazy go....I've done 26 hacks since Christmas between milwaukee, ridgid, and dewalt. The people that got banned won't admit they were doing anything wrong because everyone kept over complicating by calling customer service to cancel parts of the order, having them shipped to different stores, or would just pick up one part and let the other stuff sit for a week. Aka they ruined it for themselves. Just pick up your whole order at the same store and return what you don't want.

Ever since they updated the site, I can't check out without selecting the same pick up store or same delivery option.

I bought a wireless glue gun from amazon a week ago for $11. They use the smaller sticks and have a smaller nozzle. Heats up pretty quick too. I've used it once and loved it.

Yea I have the older version. Would've been nice with those little addons. Not a deal breaker but a nice perk to have.

Not how I use it. But yes it is.
Also I use a cheap wallmart glue. Not that Gorrilla glue or super glue.

One of those tools you think you don't need..... until you buy it and then find all sort of reason or uses for it. 😆

Exactly,
Last "hack" I didn't pick up the other part of the order. There it sat week after week even though it was past the pick up date.
Lo and behold I needed some help at the costumer service and after completion they say "oh we have part of your order here." LOL.
No big deal, replied with "oh I forgot I don't need those anymore can we cancel or return them?" Associate says no problem and marked it received and then returned. Handed me my return receipt and everyone is happy.

Lesson is don't wait, just go pick everything up and then return what you don't want/ need.
