After using Yeti, I turned away from Hydroflask. The quality difference is definitely noticeable.

I also contacted them about rust issues inside the bottle and it cost me +$12 (+tracking as pre request by customer service) to send it back to them. I personally think that their whole process is whacked up.

I haven't had issues with Hydro Flask, appreciate the heads-up. Just want to note that a Yeti tumbler may cost double this deal price.

Wow! You're not kidding. Most Yeti colors are $50/bottle. I think the Hydro Flask is a great deal at this price. I also realized I have a few 35oz Stanley thermos bottles in the cupboard. Not fashionable but they work great and are the right price. I think I'll use those since they're just gathering dust. Good post though! Thanks!

Yeti uses lead soldering. This has been demonstrated to leech into bottles over time. I will only use Hydroflask, Klean Kanteen, or Owala.

Oh wow, thank you for letting me know. I am reading that it is encapsulated and there is no risk. But, where did you read the positive lead tests? I would like to read about it.
