How do I log into my Windows 11 PC without wifi?

Hi
So my Windows 11 machines has a PIN set up. It appears that when I enter the PIN, it checks online for my stored PIN? Or something? In any case, sometimes, I power up and enter the pin before my PC has completed connecting to my wifi... and I get an error (your computer is offline, pin cannot be verified)....
Which makes me think... if wifi is down... how do I log in??? Is my PC now rendered useless without wifi? That would be ridiculous! Can and how do I change this?
Thanks!!!!

You should be able to make one if you go to Settings -> Accounts
Poke around that area and there should be some option to make a local account.
If you make a password (you should) for the local account, make sure it's one you can absolutely remember. There is a hint box you can customize, but if that doesn't jostle your memory, you're locked out with no way to reset it. I don't remember if Windows 11 uses Bitlocker by default, but if it does, your drive would be encrypted and you can't recover anything you saved on it.
To create a local account in Windows 11 via Command Prompt (CMD), use the net user command in an elevated prompt. The fastest method to create a user named "TestUser" with password "1234" is: net user TestUser 1234 /add. To make this user an administrator, use net localgroup administrators TestUser

This shows all the different ways but to me the command line is the easiest I use a txt file that I saved to the desktop with the commands and username don't forget to make the password "complex" I like to use a space for my passwords just don't start with a space. It also makes it easier to use a phrase.

A local account is the easiest solution. It's possible there could be an option in the security settings of your ms account that affects how it behaves offline.
Thanks!!

Happens to me somewhat regularly. Windows says something like 'You don't have access to this file' and then it gives you the option to grant yourself access (again, has to be an administrator account I believe).
There are other work-arounds as well, have no fear!
Regarding Office, if it's Office 365 subscription, you will likely just have to log in with your proper credentials. If non-subscription Office then the license is tied to your machine and all users should have access...
