And when you visit the Staples easy rewards terms and conditions page, it says there "Earn every time you shop. Earn 1 point per $1 spent. In store, online, and in the app. Exclusions apply.*
And then when you look uner the asterik, it says " *Excludes gift cards, phone cards, postage stamps, clearance items..."
Extremely misleading as it has the 100% back in points banner on the item page and it doesn't says the item is on clearance unless you click on the question mark.
