It doesn't. Fluke is more expensive and higher quality. This will probably be good enough for 99% of people though. I'm a commercial electrician and have a similar Klein Meter and it's all I need. I'd buy a fluke if I worked on a lot of high voltage or sensitive/expensive equipment routinely where a small mistake or variance could cost big $$$$.

It comes with FCI Tester and Line and Splitter. But it is not TRMS and no Temperature.
