It's hit or miss depending on your walls. Some walls may contain texture or chalky paint that works against the stickiness of the posters, even after cleaning the wall first. On some walls they never fell off. On other walls they started falling off in a matter of minutes or overnight, but would stick really well to very flat surfaces. In general the posters are pretty sticky and don't leave residue and I've repositioned them one or two times; you usually don't move posters around more than that.
Wet? as wet as you are comfortable wetting your walls I guess...

Got a horrible print quality. It was absolutely not worth it. Pixelated color gradient of the wall backdrop, black splotch on a white spot of the photo, overexposed. Unusable print but not even worth the drive to go get it refunded.
