Same here. Do not recommend this product because the battery/motor is weak even fresh off a full charge.
I agree with the comments above me. It's fine for everything on top but boy did it nick me more that a few times when I got to sack region. I don't use it anymore. I use those shavers for bald heads now. Works just as good but never draws blood.
It never nicked me but I have to go slow because it doesn't cut very well, that being said, this is my go to now because I haven't had 1 cut since using it.
Picked a couple up last year for $10 each and love them. Excellent value and they are still going strong. I use it to trim my stubble and chave my head and body.
