Staples [staples.com] has Logitech M575 Wireless Trackball Mouse (Graphite/Black) on sale for $39.99 + 50% Staples Cashback when you activate Easy Rewards [staples.com]. Shipping is free.
nice deal, but should read 50% back in staples rewards. You don't receive cash back, you get Staples rewards which do have restrictions on what items they can be spent on (ie, no giftcards).

As some one who has this and the higher end versions logi ergo plus, at $40-50 I would actually suggest the pro arc (I have bought via Amazon) which is basically a knock off of the ergo (you can link it to multiple computers (1 via dongle, and 2x on Bluetooth), it also has the high sensitivity button and can elevate with a magnetic base.

Can you use Staples Reward on this item, and get back 50% Staples Reward again?

ProtoArc? I'm interested bc I had two of these and the left click button broke on both. The knock off might be better.

I have two window monitors and one laptop. Can I connect this to all those devices wirelessly?

Nulea M501 is $25 in red right now. I really like it, at least two years going strong.

My experience with using mulitple different ProtoArc trackballs is that the built in rechargable battery as the shortest battery life of all the Chinese brands. I'm taking days of use before needing a charge.

If you get sore from a day of working with a mouse, the trick is to have multiple configurations and switch throughout the day. Any single mouse change is going to help for a while, but then it will start to hurt in a slightly different way. I use this, a vertical mouse, and two different sized standard mice in rotation with very good results. Part of it is picking the right one for the right task.

I went through the same thing with my ergo plus. Switched to protoarc. It's ok, but the left/right click actuation is VERY soft. Probably the most annoying thing for me after being used to the logi.

I have the ergo as well, and the trackball is inconsistent. I find one day it is working great others it is sluggish, and I don't have the mode set wrong. It drives me nuts!
Does the Protoarc work better than this?
