I've got two of these...purchased over a year ago from Amazon...
And now I just got two more...
Quality is good. No problems in the Texas sun. and on the first chair purchased, I had a minor issue with a damaged screw\bolt, the Westin Trend customer service solved it quickly. Gotta like good customer service if you ever need them.

Am I missing something? 2-pack shows $150 vs the "deal" of $80 for 1. Seems like a rollback fake out by WallyWorld. Either way, I'm getting a 2-pack since we've been wanting this style of chair. Thanks OP...update to myself and maybe others - this is a great deal when you search for the same chair or chairs at Amazon or Lowe's. Thanks again!

Never understood the appeal of Adirondack chairs...not comfortable nor easy to get out of. Must be a style thing.

In for the 2 pack in weathered wood color. $60 cheaper than Amazon. We have 4 very sturdy Amish built (PA) composite chairs. Hold up well, do not fade but expensive. This is worth it. Word to the wise, order a lighter colored chair if using in the sun. The dark ones look great, but they get so hot that you can burn yourself. If using in the shade, go for it.

What did they do for you? I had one screw hole damaged when I was putting it together.

I had a nut and bolt locked 'early' before fully seated... they got me a new set of nuts and bolts ... and when the shipper lost that first package, they got me another new set send out pronto...

If you got an issue, contact them. Be nice. Explain your issue, and hope you get the same type of customer service I came to appreciate from them... as you might be able to tell, it made a lasting impression.
Plus it doesn't hurt that the chair comfort and quality is pretty damn good.

They are lock nuts. You have to use the supplied wrench to hold it in place while you screw it in. They actually include decent tools instead of the thin, fake, wrench and the L shaped allen keys that most supply.
