Looks like a newer product on Amazon. Very few ratings.

Only 60 lumens? That is a relic from the Stone Age!

this light is used for a different purpose than your 5,000 lumen hot rod

intrinsically safe means it won't make heat that could potentially ignite a room filled with gas or flammable dust

I've used this brand early in my career where the intrinsically safe part is drilled into your head early and often. IMO, there's no practical gain you'd get from this over a headlamp. At this price get yourself a Pelican or grab one of the Nightstick XPP-5422GMX if lighting power is what you need. I only mentioned brands that were also intrinsically safe. Because that's what you're really paying for here. (And honestly if you're working in an environment where it's imperative that you use intrinsically safe gear, your company should 100% be providing it)

Would not be a bad option as a scrub pocket flashlight for checking patient pupils. Inexpensive, low lumens, easy to find if you set it down somewhere, robust if you drop it, etc.
