I believe that poster is referring to Campbells buying them out, dropping cost and QC to increase margins, and slapping the Raos name on frozen foods, pasta lines among other stuff to leverage and milk the brand exploiting its loyal customers. A high level exec (Martin Bally) was caught disparaging both Campbells' customers as well as the quality of Campbells' products a few months back (making some shocking claims about ingredients and deceptive practices), this was revealed by another Campbells employee who recorded the statements.
